Geology is all about the earth and the earth is what we live on.
Geology is also about fossils and fossils are bones and shells that get fossilised into fossils.
Fossils are used nearly every day for oil.
Did you know we don't evan have a ¼ of the earth of grass.
Because most of the earth is water and then we have cities then we have roads and houses.
So our bits of land is precious it looks like a lot but it's not.
So we need to use our land smart.
